The hotel provided a convenient shuttle service to the beach twice daily. Books were available, which allowed guests to read during their free time. The front desk manager, Coco, was very polite and helpful. I appreciated her assistance. The hotel offers good value with its amenities.

The air conditioning was not very effective, and the water temperature in the shower was inconsistent. Breakfast had limited variety, which became monotonous. The location is a bit far from central spots, requiring a tiring uphill walk with shopping bags.

The restaurant staff were very helpful. One of them was named Paerry. The hotel provided a good breakfast selection with plenty of food choices. It made the morning meal enjoyable.

The staff were very helpful. They answered my questions during check-in. The view from my room was beautiful. I enjoyed seeing the city from ABOVE.

The alley to reach the hotel from the main road was quite narrow! it was also poorly signed.
